The space offered for lease is in the Hyde Park Market strip center, pictured above, which is located between South Hyde Park Avenue to the east and South Boulevard to the west, just west of South Magnolia Avenue on the southeast corner of South Brevard Avenue and West Platt Street. The neighborhood is known as Bartlett Park, and it is a transitional area between the urban core which begins approximately one mile to the north, the bay which is approximately 5 blocks to the east, and the suburban residential areas to the south and west.
